– More durable than ordinary aluminium and twice as hard as stainless steel
– Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended
– To preserve the non-stick surface we recommend applying a few drops cooking oil to the surface of the pan.
– DO NOT use spray oils, as these leave a film which when burnt off can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non stick properties of the cookware
– Safety for stainless steel handles – ‘stay cool’ is a reference to the length of time it takes for the handle to heat under normal cooking conditions. To minimise the over heating of the handles it is recommended the heat source should not exceed the diameter of the cookware base.
– These items are suitable for use in the oven to a maximum temperature not exceeding 180◦C. Use of oven mitt or glove is required for removal from the oven.
