– Forged aluminium body, 2.3mm for body and 4.5mm for base, with exterior silicone coating
– Interior durable 3 layer non stick coating with marble effect

– Suitable for all cook tops including induction
– Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended
– To preserve the non-stick surface we recommend applying a few drops cooking oil to the surface of the pan.
– DO NOT use spray oils, as these leave a film which when burnt off can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non stick properties of the cookware
– It is recommended the heat source should not exceed the diameter of the cookware base.
– These items are suitable for use in the oven to a maximum temperature not exceeding 150◦C. Use of oven mitt or glove is required for removal from the oven.
