• Interior durable 3 layer non stick coating with marble effect

• Suitable for all cook tops including induction
• Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended
• To preserve the non-stick surface we recommend applying a few drops cooking oil to the surface of the pan
• DO NOT use spray oils, as these leave a film which when burnt off can leave a sticky residue that reduces the non stick properties of the cookware
• It is recommended the heat source should not exceed the diameter of the cookware base
• These items are suitable for use in the oven to a maximum temperature not exceeding 150◦C. Use of oven mitt or glove is required for removal from the oven
